Have you ever wished you could use Carpet Work tools, and get Carpet Work results, even when you weren't in a group who could help you work your issues?

At this one-day workshop we will experientially explore each of the four major archetypes: King, Warrior, Magician, and Lover. We will then experience the main Carpet Work moves facilitators use to heal wounds in those archetypes. 

We'll discover together the "inner core of freedom" each of these facilitation moves bring. We'll then learn and practice some surprising ways of doing those same moves inside yourself, energetically, and very, very quickly.

Those fast "self-faciliation moves" are the immediate equivalent of doing a small carpet-work process--you get access to the same archetypal energies that you get in a carpet work process when you practice these simple mental moves.

At this training, you'll discover how to process yourself:
• Without having to set up a group or a physical space
• Without having to split out or step into different inner voices
• Without having to run lengthy visualizations on yourself
• While doing other things, or interacting with other people

Often, using these tools will simply clear the issue, and you won't need a piece of carpet work in a group. Other times they will help take the "charge" off the issue, leaving you happier and more functional until you can take the issue to a group.

The Chicago Self-Facilitation Training will take place Sunday, July 11, 2004, 9am-6pm. The training is open to men and women. It costs $125 to attended.

The workshop includes a manual, and a CD of exercises and visualizations.
